Engines options

Can I use a 4.0 6 inline on a t14 transmission ?
If yes do I need adapters?
If no, can you give me options for 6 cilinder and transmission for a 1975 cj5?
Thanks

Yes. The bell housing will bolt up to the 4.0 Some small details are match the flywheel used to the starter used (same engine type combo), change out the pilot bushing to match the larger T14 input shaft diameter, One engine block mount bracket has one bolt that will need a bolt changed out to a metric bolt, Wiring harness blend of course, 4.0 YJ throttle cable needed, etc
