Electrical issues with ignition???Easy fix?

I Have an 81 cj7 w/304. I started her up with a good battery and web to take it out to charge a not so good battery and while trying to switch the two I touched the positive cable to the body and the motor died instantly. Now it won't will barley start(not really at all) an will die the second I turn the the key from the start position back to the on position. I'm sure I fried something, I just don't know what.

What do you think???
