Dual battery setup to run 24volt winch?

Has anyone set up a dual battery set-up to run a 24 volt accessory, such as a winch? I know it can be done, just looking to see what you guys are working. Is their a kit made to do it? My biggest question is how to run 24 volts to the winch, but 12 to everything else. As well as charging both batteries.

Any more, I like the idea, but having to run headlights in the system to make it work seems kind of half-assed.
