doin' work on a cj3a

Well...back when I was in high school I was rebuilding a cj2a and my dad bought this one for parts for me, but when we got it home he decided I wasn't allowed to touch it. He got it running and then it just sat for the last ten years. Now I'm going to fix it up for him. Heres what I have done.

i want to put somewhere around a 4in lift on this but i also want a smooth ride does anyone have any ideas thanks

like the tires. what kind and size are they?

1946 jeep cj2a- chevy 350, holly carb 600cfm, edlebrock intake, sm465 tranny with dana 300 transfer case, dual flowmaster exhaust, dana 30 axle up front, amc 20 in rear, 31" bfg all terrain tires
1986 jeep cj7 weber carb, comp cam rv cam, borla header and cat-back system, rancho 1.5 suspension lift, detroit trutrac limited slip, 35" bfg all terrains, Team Rushed, rock crawler bumpers in front and back.

they are like 30 9.50 no name mt going to go to a 32 when i get the motor in and a lift all that good stuff just waiting on some parts to come in
