Does this carb linkage look bent to you?

I ordered a new carb this past weekend and it came in today....damaged.

In addition to the choke being crushed, take a look at this pic. Don't you think the linkage is bent as well?

Thoughts?

It looks tweaked to me, but I'm not an expert. If it's just what can be seen in the photo perhaps you could flatten it back out so it looks / works true.

If you spent a lot of $$$ on it then perhaps you want to test the return policy at this time?
