Not a lot of differences...

The $99 one is sure to be full of 'Import' parts and the Chinese don't have a clue how to heat treat steel.
The cheaper ones are showing up with hardened drive gears that are killing camshaft gears in 30 miles...

How about reading this first,

I bought the 99 dollar dist. and ended up paying another 99 dollars for new cam and dist. gears....plus 2 oil changes, gaskets, antifreeze and time with a broken jeep....that DUI look pretty cheep now.....but check out the Junkyard genius site....I like what he has printed....I am going with a MSD box and Ford HEI cap and rotor.... Oh ya I am one that got 30 miles from the 99 dollar Dist.
