diamond plate backplate - help!

I just bought a diamond plate backplate to help cover up some rust from my 77 cj7. does anyone know a no-drill way to install this? there is no way to get to the other side to attach the bolts without totally taking it apart. any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

Why do you want a no-drill way to put these on? Pop rivets would be a way to avoid the taking things apart to put them on.
