Dash indicators

So I'm laying out my new dash that will have Autometer gauges has anyone used something like this http://newvintageusallc.mybigcommerc...amps-polished/ for indicators after discarding the Jeep speedo cluster?

Looks pretty, but probably be a waste since you'll only be using the turn signals and high beam indicator, unless you can get it customized to show the brake warning and 4x4 indicators too.

I haven't got anything for high beams, but contact me if you're interested.

Yeah I just talked to them and getting a quote I'm more interested in thins like oil light, water temp light, fuel light, the turn signals will be hole fillers for me but it also gives it a custom dash look added.

When I changed out my dash for a custom one from double d fab I just bought led lights from superbrightled.com and picked up chrome bezels for the at the local radio shack. I had to solder in resistors because the LEDs are not 12 volt but they work great. Easy to see in any sunlight. Total cost was about $10.

When I ordered my dash from DD Fab, I had them laser cut the holes for 1/2" LEDs You can see five holes above and to the right of the steering column hole. They are for: Left/Right Turn (green), Brake (red), Check Engine (amber), Brights (blue). The other two holes to the right are for two led indicators for my electric fan: Always On (amber) or Always Off (red). I got the LEDs from Waytek Wiring.

I'm sorry, but these lights would drive me crazy. Hopefully they aren't as bright as the pic makes them appear.

The only time any of them are actually on is when I turn while going down the road. The red one is only on when the ebrake is on, the amber one is the check engine light for the Howell, the blue is for brights which I haven't used in years since I upgraded to h4 headlights with relays.

Not yet. Jeep is being torn down for paint. Re-assembly probably some time in April or May.

Sorry for the hi-jack..
