DANA 300s loose stick

Ive a dana300 transfercase and the stick is very loose, to put it in speed ive to fight one vs one with it, i wanna know if i can tight the stick in any way or if i need to dissasemble the transfer for mayor fixing??? thats the question. im newbie and spanish so please be nice with me

If it is just the stick (shifter) that is loose, there is a plastic bushing, several washers, a pin, and a nut that can wear or come loose. I would check those parts first. That are all on the outside of the case (above the front driveshaft yoke) so you don't have to remove/take apart the case.
