dana 20 rear t-case seal ?

Alright, just got back from the SoCal Tierra Del Sol run. It was windy as hell but the rigs and the wheeling was awesome. Came back with a few minor fixes needed. This first one that I'm trying to tackle has got me a little confused from reading one of the threads off the board. I need to change out the rear dana 20 t-case bearing cap seal. Can someone tell me exactly how to remove the old seal? Thanks in advance.
