I hate it when no one answers my posts!

the first is a custom fit Bestop cover. they look and fit great, but are only made for that style (and newer) rollbars.

http://www.bestop.com/index.php?s=22

since your's is older (and custom), you are left with one of three choices:

1. rollbar pading and tape. you can make it look really nice, if you take your time. do not wrap it overly tight, and do not use electrical or duct tape. they make tape specifically to cover rollbar padding. it's almost plastic, and will not leave a residue, or crack/fade.

2. buy (or make) custom lengths of velcro-ed fabric wraps, and install them over sections of your rollbar. these won't cover everthing (like corners or joints) but they do look nice. (think of BMX bike pads) they could even be made by someone with a seweing machine, and patience. marine-grade vinyl would be your best best for material.

3. have an upholsterer make you a custom cover. IMHO, too expensive to be worthwhile.

Good luck
