Correct way to assemble factory draw bar / trailer hitch with bumperettes?

Does anyone have and photos showing the correct way to install the factory draw bar / trailer hitch with the factory bumperettes? I can't find a photo or diagram that clearly shows how it's all supposed to fit together. I'm hoping to buy bolts so I can install the draw bar but until I know how it all goes together, I don't know what length bolts to get.

Thanks!

The way mine was setup was the trailer hitch mounted between the bumperettes and the frame, though I replaced the bumperettes long ago.

Here's an archived photo I have. Bumperette is attached over the mounting tab of the Draw bar

Here is a diagram of the later model factory draw bar. The factory draw bar rear crossmember bracket (#9) is mounted under the bumberettes and a spacer is used on the outboard side to adjust for the draw bar thickness. Be sure to include the frame tie-ins (#21) and anti-crush sleeves (#23) if you tow anything with it. Many CL and ebay sellers do not include those essential components.
