correct angle of driveshafts

does anyone know how much angle is too much, i put a 4 inch rough country lift on which came with a transfer case drop kit but i am still concerned about the angle and am wondering if i need to shim......Thanks

Do you have any driveshaft vibrations? If not, you don't need to do anything.

It's more important to get the 2 end angles close to matching (yokes to shaft) than it is the overall angle to the ground..... to a point, then it's just bad for the shaft period. IMO

I've never dropped a t-case to accommodate a lift (dropped one a buddy's elbow... but I digress) - CJ5, CJ7 or CJ8. Renegade82 nailed it - match the angles of the t-case output shaft and the pinion shafts, and you should be golden.

I just went through the same thing. I ended up swapping the shaft for a CV shaft (no t-case drop) with 10 degree shims. All is well now.
