clutch linkage

Anyone know where I can find parts/pieces to make better and stronger clutch linkage? I have heard of heim joints mentioned alot, But do not know where to purchase them. Any help appreciated.
Thanks

You can purchase a kit made by 4Plus that is ready to go. Myself, I like to make my own. Purchase 3/8" female Heim joints from www.mscdirect.com and use your existing clutch linkage. You cut the ends off for the proper length, thread the rod for 3/8-16 thread, and thread on the heims. Pretty easy if you have a tape measure, and the right die for threading the rod.

I too made my own. I used 38 drill rod and threaded the ends and made the bend to match the factory linkage. I went to McFaden/Dale Hardware in Anaheim and bought the heim joints and bar stock. I also used a small piece of all-thread for the small piece of lingage. Seems to work great cost approx $30
