Hey Scott,

I'm pretty sure that is the tab that hooks at the top of the headlight when you put the bezel on, then the screw holds it all together from the bottom. It took me a few minutes to figure it out the first time I took one apart.

Yup absolutely right on the locator tab. Goes to the top to headlight to hold the top and keep the bezel in the proper orientation.

Paints looking great Scott....finish line is in sight!

p.s. - Scott, I'm sorry to hear about your torn .... thing. I hope you get to feeling better and get Clay's jeep finished.

Oh, and I need your home address. I'm gonna try and get my 5 down there about the time you finish Clay's, so you'll have something to keep working on.

Family Affair...

More stuff done today.

Grill marker lights done.
Fallon sandblasting.
Cameron wire-wheeling grill bolts.
Fallon and Clay sifting sand, looking for gems!
Baby painting headlight parts, wiper motor cover.

All I had to do was supervise!

By motorized I think he means the Squaw and bicycle pedals, with a bit of gear reduction .

Haven't you ever heard of better living through chemicals? Honestly, this is special spray paint. No overspray. It goes right into the nearest cardboard.
