Clay had an interview this morning with Forestry. He felt good about it, but the decision is made in Tallahassee, based on experience and a point system. The Interviewer asked Clay how much Aluminum welding experience he has, and of course, he has none! So it's not looking too good. There were 7 guys with sit-down interviews today. He is supposed to know in 6 weeks.
Also, (Dave, I gave you bad info) there were 10 guys who submitted to the welding and written test previously. Clay came in second. I thought that was good.
I am off F-S-S, go to work Monday, and off again T-W-R... 6 days out of 7. Should have the Jeep checked out by the pros during that time.
Clay plans to finish tire carrier tomorrow, plus install pass seat and harnesses. Keep your fingers crossed!
Go Fish! <*////><
But the right word at the right time... "Hey, give me a little hug!" That's the difference between lightning and a harmless lightning bug!
