Classic Enterprises-- Order online or call them?

There's a couple items that I want to order from Classic Enterprises. Looks like they finally have the cowl reinforcement in stock that is rotted out on my tub and I need the strip along the whole lower 4" of the tub on driver's side.

Any of you that have purchased from them... Did you order online or call in and talk to someone? I know it's a small operation and just want to use the method that will get me the pieces the quickest.

Ordered online. They seemed to be on the ball around that joint. Fast with my order, but odd that 86 hasn't heard from them?

I ordered 2 rear patch panels for my CJ5. Took a couple of weeks to get them. Ordered on-line with no problems. Its a small operation and they don't keep a lot of stock. A lot of the parts are made after you place your order. Worth the wait. The sheet metal was the same gauge as original. I would definitely use them again.

Agreed, great operation. I ordered a rear floor and some body supports. The floor was damaged in transit and they couldn't have been more helpful in working it out. (I think UPS ran over it.)
The parts are top quality and the guys that make them actually sign them, nice touch. I've done both. Spoke on the phone and ordered online.

I tried to order online, but for some reason it didn't work. About five minutes later I get a call from them. "I see you tried to order online, do you still want the parts?" So, I ordered them, he said they would ship UPS, about two weeks later they were sticking out of my mailbox shipped US post office. A little disorganized but they came through, so no complaints here.

Last time I ordered from them it was for some Scrambler parts which they don't keep in stock and had to make. It took well over a month to get them. I did email them to follow up after I hadn't heard anything for a couple of weeks. But the quality of their parts is top notch and each one comes signed by the person who made it.
