cj7 scorpion model

I'm wondering if someone can tell me what this is. I picked one up at an estate auction and have never heard of this. It's a one owner and in really nice shape m is a 1979 with a 304 and 3spd.

Likely a dealer or owner-made sticker package, but I don't know, never heard of it. Please post or link pics for more responses. It too hard to tell much at all without pictures.

This is a dealer add-on package and was available on both CJ7s and Scramblers. There are pics and several threads on the Scorpion edition over on CJ-8.

What did the add on package consist of. This jeep is loaded with options. I'll try to get a pic up, I'm using a phone. This was a one owner jeep and stored indoors.

Its unclear whether the dealer ordered them all the same option-wise and then added the decals or if it was just a decal package the dealer added CJs on the lot.

The one on CJ-8 is white with black & blue stripes.

Unfortunately you can't see pictures that are attachments on that site unless you're a member there.

Learn something new everyday! Someone upload a pic of it for us non members to see. I viewed the "images" on the google page you linked above. They're all from cj8.com but none say scorpion on them, or is it just some stripes?

CJ-8 doesn't support hotlinking of pictures either, so those are red X's to those of us that can't see them on their site.

yeah, someone will have to "save" one and then upload it here. Unless one can be found elsewhere and linked here.

Must see pics! There are mixed opinions of this package over on CJ-8 com but I would consider doing a "Scrambler Scorpion" when I repaint my Scram. I'm thinking of going with a matte tan or desert sand color. The scorpion graphics might be cool.
