Yeah I'd pay 200 to 250. Buying one-off nutmeg and honey parts is a lot harder to ensure a match. Black should be pretty straight forward. 2 things to check though: 1: the rust. I read from a qualified CJ restorer that he's seen lots of seats that have great covers... But the frame was surprisingly gone . 2. Really look at the stitching to make sure it's original (i'm assuming you're trying to match this rear bench to original laredo front seats). Over the years, some people take their seats to have an upholsterer custom "make" new Laredo covers. They 're close but they won't match original fronts.
