CJ7 Custom bumper Help!!!

Getting ready to build bumpers for my cj7 here is what i have in mind:

Front:
Was thinking of taking 60inches of 4.5inch c channel steel then welding 60inches of 4inch gas pipe(with rounded caps on the ends) on the inside of the c channel (pipe is going to be hooked up to an on board air compressor). Then going to weld an olympic bull bar to the center.

Rear:
Same as the front but with a trailer receiver welded to the center instead of the bull bar.

Please let me know what you think, if this will work and what problems i might run into.

This is basically what im looking for but with pipe on the backside of the bumper and 4.5inches wide instead of 2.5inches.

More than just a Jeep - itís a way of life!
