CJ7 Clutch Recommendations?

Thinking about tearing into it for the first time...

1. Anyone have a recommendation for a good clutch replacement?

Jeep is my Daily Driver. 258 with howell TBI & T5 - was doing pretty well until it started squealing with the clutch all the way in, hard shifting, and chattering/hard vibration if I start in second.

2. Is the Quadratec AMS replacement kit a decent choice, or is the centerforce worth the extra $100?

3. Anyone have a link to a good "how-to" replace clutch? I have a good idea and a haynes manual, but i want as much info/pics before I dig in...

4. Anything else (cheap/easy) I should do while I have the tranny and t-case out?

I tried the centerforce clutch and unless you have a leg that looks like Popeye's arm it isn't very nice to use in traffic. My wife had to hold up on the steering wheel to hold the sucker down. Thankfully (or not seeing as I lost money) it's pressure plate crapped out about a month out of warranty. I went back to the stock Borg Warner clutch and it is great.
