CJ7 body tub replacement & Bullet Liner

So I'm going to replace the body tub on my CJ with one from from Willys-Overland. Anyone ever have their tub done with Bullet Liner? I had my current tub Rhino Lined 16 years ago. Not pleased with outcome.
Concerned about fitment of parts like roll bar, hood & door hinges after the fact.
Any insights out there?

Keith should be able to give excellent advice/insight on this. The tubs are all imported from the Philippines with a variety of fitment issues. Hopefully, Willys Overland can get it closer to "bolt-on". As built, it is not bolt-on. When media blasting and repairing an OEM tub, we used tinted bedliner on inside and underneath. So far so good. Not familiar with Bullet Liner product, I heard WO subcontracts that application out to local shop.

Agree. Email out to WO. Seems to me I would need to fit all the hinges, rollbar, windshield, hood and fenders on before sprayed.

Despite not being asked, I vote for Raptor.

I call it a distributor, not a dizzy.

When you contact Willy's Overland, talk to Jay to get info on the tub you are buying. Many changes have been implemented on the newer Repli-tubs so make sure you are getting the latest models. Check here for the forum thread that got MD Juan more involved with the changes needed to make them better: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f8/tu...pines-1480423/

You will want to ask Willy's Overland for the serial number on the Repli-tub to see when it was made then compare it to the chart below.
