cj7 304 v8 blown head gasket

ok well im about to take a jeep cj off my uncles hands but...it has a blown head gasket and has sat for about a year is there any thing other then the head gasket that could have problems from the coolant or anything else

if you got coolant/water from that head gasket into one of your cylinders you might have some nice rust growing by now. that might be a little work.

thats what i thought but he says he goes out and turns it over every once in a while so im not sure
