Wow...you...ah..wh..........

.............

You just flew through this like it was nothing; some people on this site take 10 pages to show a lift install and make a big fuss and bustle about it.

And you don't even have the ease of access to the the American aftermarket for parts...

You are now the #1 most respected member on this site in my book. By far. Like there isn't a measurement to label the distance.

I was looking through my post on my 99 TJ that I finally put the lift on and saw that you had made a nice comment and I saw that you had a link to your build. Holy Cow!!!! I see Jeeps around here all the time and none look that good! Trust me there are some really nice ones here in Colorado and I have never seen a build like that. I even went through all of the pages of your build to get the whole aspect of what you have built.

As you can tell I love your Jeep and wish I would even be able to do a fourth of what you have done there. Keep up the post and keep all of us informed on the CJ "7".

This build just popped into my head tonight so I searched for it. Glad to see you're done! This was unparalleled work. Unbelievable. Job well done, man. Now sit back and enjoy it!

Man, that is sick!!! I'm a pretty good back-yard fabricator, considering I do most stuff with hand tools. BUT, man. this is in a whole different league!

Basically you made a brand new CJ-7!!! I was fantasizing about making a CJ-8, but I was thinking about buying a new aftermarket frame and either fiberglass or steel body. It just takes $$$

Where did you get that A-frame, rolling hoist? Guess you made that too, but I could use one of those.

cheers

thank you Roughneck.at first i cut the frame and added 10 inches to make a CJ7 frame but later i found a very nice CJ7 frame in the Junkyard in US Incirlik air base here and used that.did the same thing in the bodywork cut from the middle like in the pictures and used all the dimensions for the CJ7
