CJ5 body panels

Can anyone recommend a vendor for new side panels for my CJ5? I have found several different vendors, but have no way of knowing whether the more expensive ones are really worth the extra money.

I bought the ones from Classic Enterprises. Ended up only using them for patch panels. I believe they were the same gauge metal as OEM.

Try these guys http://www.willysoverland.com/repli-tubs/. They may have the panels you're looking for and they are made in America.

Thought Willys-Overland took the imported parts from MD Juan and reworked them some. As far as I knew Classic Enterprises is the only supplier that has Made in USA parts.

I own a Harley and a JEEP, still some people can't figure out why I'm broke!

^^ Could be. I know they used to do their own stuff. Supposedly they were old guys that used to work for Jeep. I have a hard time these days trying to keep up with who does what.

Classic has side panels listed as "coming soon", I called to see what "soon" means but got no answer. I'll try back later, was right around noon. C2C fabrication has the cheapest ones I can find, and "Sherman" brand panels are available from a couple different places for a little more money. C2C doesn't identify the brand. My Jeep is going to be a take it off the road and get it dirty type thing, not a driver or a show car, but even so, I would be willing to pay a little more for something that were better quality. Anyone have any first hand experience with any of these?

I'm doing mine with some 18 gauge sheet metal and forming to fit. Not too hard as not many bends on a CJ.
