CJ or YJ springs in the rear of a CJ7

Should I use CJ or YJ springs in the back of my 86 CJ7? I wheel it. but looking for better wheel travel. What do you think?

I think CJ and YJ rear springs are the same. The YJ fronts are the same width as the rear and the CJ fronts are narrower.

YJ springs are longer so you may need to move the hangers back a little. I run YJ OME front and rear and moved the hangers both ends

Are you certain the rear YJ springs are longer? If I understand you correctly.

The YJ and CJ rear springs are the same length.

The YJ fsprings are about 1-1/2" longer than CJ front springs.

Sorry, my mistake, the YJ rears are the same but my shackle hanger was longer hence it sticks back an inch longer than the stock hanger (Crabtree FTW!!)
