CJ tub swap, Emergency Cable help please!
I'm doing a tub swap on my 84 CJ and I've gotten everything apart except for the emergency brake. I have the housing disconnected form the firewall, but I don't know how to remove the cable form the housing without cutting the cable. Can you help please? Thanks to all you jeep jedi out there!

loosen the cable at the tentioner under the car put the ebrake on put vise grips on the cable relase it and you can take the cable out of the holder with the slack
