CJ Trailer from a CJ

So been arm chair engineering and was wondering if anyone has made one of these on the forum and how much work was it? Let's see what you guys/gals have and things you'd do different.

I've seen them with homemade trailer frames and OEM frames. I'm leaning towards OEM frame, and gutting out the diff. Thanks.
