Finally, my 8
I've spent HOURS combing through this thread, looking at everyone's rigs, and finally I'll post some pics of my 85 Scrambler. I've always wanted one, and in February 07 finally bought one. I did all the work myself. Replaced LOTS of sheet metal, painted, installed a locker in the rear, herced the tub, new suspension, new seats, new radio and wiring, new bumpers, installed winch, new fenders. I have a half-cab coming in a month and I plan on going 33x12.50's soon. It has a new 258 from Jasper Motors. PO installed somewhere around 4 inches of lift. Attached is a before and some after pics. It's my DD and trail-ride in one.

almost done with the wag axles swap. im kinda liking the wider look, makes the tire seem alot smaller tho.

i dont really have a problem with toyotas, theyre very reliable and fairly good off-road. but i would never own one. lol. plus half of the people i wheeled with on this trip have toyotas and the other half have jeeps. were always bad mouthing the other just for laughs.
