here is my 1980 Mitsubishi cj3bx 2" spring lift 32 11.5 bfgs. upgades to come is landcruisers axles and tranny coil springs toyota 1u v8 and 35s. warns new RC winch is in the mail and fullcage. im a first time jeep owner and this is the first time i got it muddy.

Warn bumper.

Specs:

1980 CJ5. '96LT1 mated to TH350/D300 (w/ 4:1). Front: D44 w/ ARB and Warn shafts. Rear: D60 w/ ARB and Moser. 4:56 gears. Rancho 2.5" lift springs + SOA. Cragar 15x10" Soft 8's w/ M/T 38x15.5x15 Baja MTZ radials. Warn winch and front/rear bumpers.

ya mitsu built them up until 1998. the body is longer and wider thay came in a 2.7 turbo diesel 2.4 gas and a 2l gas 3 & 4 speeds and all are right hand drive

Here is a pic of my 79 CJ7 that I've just completed. My 258 I6 crapped out and I was lucky enough to have a friend with a very good AMC 360. After the restore and complete rebuild of the motor, my total cost at this point is $12,500.

Thanks guys. When I found this CJ, The first place I came was this thread to see what everyone else has done with theirs. There are some awesome rigs pictured on this thread and I just wanted to add my creation to hopefully give someone else what this thread gave me.

Sucks that I couldn't keep my XJ, but one can't be too greedy. I love the CJ......and now I'm taking it to Camp Jeep 2007 Virginia next week. Can't wait.

Keep the pics coming!
