73 AMC engine 304. Nothing to brag about but I love the roar of it through my dual exhaust.

Here is my 85 Laredo that I purchased October 2013. Bought it from a 80 year old lady in Arkansas that delivered mail in it. It is all original, unmolested, and in great condition. I am the third owner.

When I got it.

After I got her home and cleaned her up

Thanks guys, I thought I got a great deal on it considering everything in my area that was in my price range was a rust bucket. I'm in the DFW area and people around here that have CJ's want way to much for there junk. If it's a good one they are really out there. I'll post some more pictures in a couple of days. I have a few upgrades since the photo I posted.

Some of the fleet

The Golden Eagle is a C.E. (California Edition) anybody have any information on that edition? The only difference I see is the C.E. stickers. I've had the Jeep for 25 years, any information would be great.

Awesome looking find. You have found a gem.
Rockwall. I have been there several times. My Son-in-law is from Greenville. My daughter and son-in-law lived there the first 3 yrs of marriage until moving to Tn. so I spent several weekends and vacation time there visiting.
Congrats on the CJ!

Congrats on the CJ!
Thanks for the thumbs up on the jeep Brewski, hopefully by this time next year I will be done with the refurb. It will be taken apart down to the frame this summer and the tub, fenders hood etc. will be taken to a company called metal rehab and it will be dipped to take all the paint off. It will come out bare metal and then re-dipped in some kind of phosphate then primed. Expensive process but well worth the cost. Should make for a nice paint job. Hope that when you visited Texas it wasn't in one of our heat waves, it can be down right miserable when it is 100 and high humidity.
