Here is my 79CJ5 in a video from wheeling this past weekend with 4 Wheel to Heal. We took out 6 Wounded and Disabled Veterans and showed them the time of their lives. The Tank Killer is still running strong and handling everything I put it through. The LS motor was by far the best upgrade to the rig to date. Fuel Injection is 2nd to none. Enjoy the video and be sure to check out the website www.4wheeltoheal.org or follow us on facebook.

Good pictures. Is that an app thing to get that look?

clean! Have you considered lopping off the exposed u bolt threads on front? One good smack on that low laying and vulnerable spot will cause headaches down the road. We see tall lifted trucks here locally with 40s, etc but 4" of exposed u bolt threads. Not trail friendly. But ur in FL, maybe nothing hard to hit there?

and/or get something like this and adapt for CJ.

1972 with 232 and a 3 speed. Just picked up a 1.6L VW, planning on using a Toyota driveline. Its going to be a long ways away though. I have been looking for some original wheels for over a year now, seems like they melted them all down around here.
