I also converted that tub from a YJ... Drove it onto the trailer the day we left Pa., for Iowa, and have since put nearly 500 miles on the Jeep since I've been home. I got the rolling chassis, the hood, the grill, the tailgate (which I forgot in Pa.), the dash and interior (tan Levi), a YJ roll bar and 4 boxes of loose parts for my 600 bucks. Oh ya, it came with a new 4" superlift and shocks, but the PO had the front and rear springs installed on the opposite ends of where they belonged... This Chassis has 33,000 original miles..
Way to go...good job!

More pics Saturday hopefully once the brakes are all back in working order and the hubs are packed, maybe even a little mountain action!

it is my daily driver, everything works and most of it is factory original just like the soft top. the rear seat is in good shape too, sadly the levi front seats are long gone. previous owner said they rotted and fell apart so i put some trailmax's in.

it was made in canada, shipped to PA and had two owners before i bought it off a guy who kept it in his garage for 10 years and drove it in the summertime. it has 121k on it. just over 2 thousand miles on the new motor. i love the original paint and decals, they are nicely faded to perfection!

That is awesome, and was a great find!

Good to see that you're enjoying it and will certainly take good care of it!

It's not everyday you find CJ's like this!
