Below is the link to the JF member (jewilson2) who owns/owned that CJ.

He hasn't been active on this forum since 09-03-2008.

You can try to PM him if you're really interested, as PM's sometimes give the member an email notification.

Then it appears you may never know...

It is not a factory AMC color; therefore nobody here would be able to provide you the paint code/name just by looking at the picture.

Here is my '76 CJ5 cleaned up as good as it can be. Getting ready to start a small resto on it, but here are some "before" pics.

Heres my 84 laredo again after i put the locker in the front. Can anyone else relate to why the rear axle does not center when I'm at full flex, it is about an inch or two too far to the rear the tire rubs on the fender flare.

Look at your shackles on your pics. They are moving way to far during flex.

Longer shackles, are those cj springs? The axle looks too far back even on flat ground.

His shackle at rest is already at a bad angle. Like you said his leaf spring might be longer than a cj spring. Or the shackle hanger at the rear is reversed. Look at the front spring shackle as its at the correct position at rest. It looks like the rear frame was repaired/rebuilt and maybe the hanger is backwards.

They are rough country springs about 3 months old. Also I did repair the rear frame piece I may have reversed the hangers... Any pics of a stock one?

Just open up the wheel well and just assume you have a stretch.
