yea no kidding i think i'm going to start a yahoo messenger group for all of us to chat, ask questions, talk dirty lol = mud on the rig etc..... how does that sound. I want to learn more as well and between 401 and beserk they could teach us alot. There are a few crawlers here in bellingham, major crazy brothers..... i'll get them here too.

I have a CJ5 with very Bright Red Kelsey Hayes steel wheels. Now my brother and some other people think that the truck looks very stupid with the wheels Red. I personally love the red wheels. Xcrossed doesn't like the dash, so what? So what if he said it's ugly, so what if he said it looks like it was done by an "amateur pinstripe artist". What does that matter?

Xcrossed didn't attack anyone, just an ugly Dash!

That last thing we need here in this forum is a Mutual Admiration Sycophantic attitude. Please don't let this forum turn into that. Because that would be a big shame and a lie!!

My point is this, this post was all positive until some guy from BFE decided to tell the world, that a fellow jeep owners rig is ugly. I am not the only reader that has negative opinions about some, if not all of the jeep "photos" shown, but I have the respect for you other jeep owners to keep my mouth shut and let you enjoy what you are so passionate about. Maybe if I were a better photographer, or even better yet, I'll just avoid showing photos of my jeep on this forum, then my dash would appear less ugly.

Those are older classic style "Aluminum Slots". I'll bet somebody still makes them. Another good place would be a swap meet.

Looks like he has them all pollished up to look alot newer than they really are. Nice!
