Thanks BigYella, some people just like the Chrome wheels better. The Tub is Glass, which is why it looks like it's in great shape. Which it is, I mean the tub is only a few years old.

Here's another funny thing about this Jeep, While driving around town, at stop lights, many people talk to me about how they like the truck. But here's what really knocks me out, about half of the people who talk to me in traffic ask if it's band new and whether I just got it? Crazy eh? When I tell them it's a '75, some people think I'm lying.

SAME THING HAPPENS TO ME!

They say, "Lucky, you can afford a new Jeep." I say, actually, it cost less than that Pinto you drive, and is an '86, not '06. Then I go through how I bought it stock, rusted, not running and made it into THAT in my garage, doing all the work myself. Telling the story is fun, lol.

New tops normally shrink just enough to tighten up all the wrinkles.

yup, and it makes me smile then i show em pictures on my cell of my rig plastered with mud in some hairy situation on the trail and really get a reaction outta 'em
