If you guys are wondering what a REAL CJ looks like ....here's a chick Jeep! Did about 80% of the work on her myself... She's my baby...that's not afraid of a little mud!

I don't know if this pic will post but here's the link. Aaaannndd.....you can always check out my gallery in my profile and I have some pics on www.Maxbilt.com under 'meet team maxbilt'.

Oh yah, I don't have any movies of her in the mud, but he's a movie of me pulling the guys out (like I said, I have a REAL CJ!) ... www.youtube.com/ecoffroad7

I just bought mine and all I've done so far is replace the fuel hoses above the fuel tank(due to dry rot) and get it inspected and registered so that I can drive it. And of course I pulled the top and doors off. Here's a couple pics of what it looked like when I brought it home...

It runs and drives and passed inspection.... Not bad for $500 huh? It has some rust but not near as much as some that I've seen on here.

Nice Jeep for 500 bones! Just the right amount of rust and work needed to make it fun.

Whats Next: Wide track swap, winch, new seats, eventually a 4.0 mpi swap from a 90's cherokee or wrangler.

Incredible!!!!!!1 This is my first, very, and I found this thread just shortly after registering. I have spent the last two days looking at every page; all one hundred and seventeen of them. Amazing..........
There are some mighty fine rigs and a truck load on inspiration..............
my 2 cents........

Hey all i just finished doing the driver side in full diamond plate. What do you think? I am not sure i like it.
It cost me about $200.00 to do both sides with a lot left over.
