CJ picture request

Hey guys I'm starting to think about getting my lift together in the next couple months and am trying to decide what I need. I don't want to go any bigger than 33s because I drive on the freeway everyday and lightly wheel my jeep when I go camping in the summer here in Utah. I was wondering if anyone had pictures of a 2.5" susp. lift with maybe 1"BL and 33s. I'm also interested in 4" susp. lift and 33s. Thanks in advance

First off good looking Jeep!!!

Do you have any closeup's of the body lift.?

Did you adjust the bumper up to avoid the gap?

Now I know this is off topic but is that a "Super Top" and how do you like it?

Thanks,

I dont have any of the body life right now. It is mine but I can't take credit for the build. I've only had it for about 3 weeks now, havent had a chance to take it off road so not too sure about the flex. The top is OK. Looks good. It leaks a little when it sits over night in the rain. Its loud. But.. I like it. It does the job.

fropleyquark that is a sick jeep. How do you like the MTRs? I thought about getting them when I was shopping for new tires but the tread seemed a little to extreme to be a good daily driver tire. Ended up going with BFGoodrich A/Ts

This is my 85 Scrambler with a 3in lift with 33's on it. I'm thinking of a 1/2 shackle lift if anyone can recommend a good quality shackle.
Thanks
OK let try this picture thing again!

I drive mine all the time. Tires are good, a little loud on the highway but not too bad. The exhaust is much louder...

The driveability is great. I did drop the TC 1 inch though with the 4" lift. It can or can't be done, it depends on what you want to do and how much vibration you want or if you want to change to a different driveshaft.

I also replaced all the front end parts. Cost another couple hundred to do, but I have all new balljoints, tie rods, etc. along with the HD steering box and brace.

Probably well over $1000 to do everything I did to ensure the nice driveability of the Jeep, but IMO, it is well worth it and it is the perfect time to do it when the Jeep is totaly torn apart.
