CJ Hard Top

I recently acquired a hardtop for my 81 jeep and it needs some new hardware. Every time I search for Hardware I get information about the hardware to connect the top to my Jeep. The hardware I need relates to the rear window, namely the hinges and springs. Anyone know where I can find this type of parts or am I out of luck in fixing this top up?

Search hardtop liftgate hinges at 4wd,Quadratec or Morris. Here's a part number on 4wd CROJ8128520.

You will probably have to measure for the struts and find one that fits at an auto parts store.
Currently in pieces - all of them

I have one strut off a 78. I purchasd my jeep with a broken hard top, so I took anything that worked off the old one just incase. I purchased a new hard top on Craigslist, and the only thing I need to add was a strut. So I have one strut. Also, I have old hinges and what not. Yours if you want it to buy some parts dirt cheap ad shipping. Certainly cheaper than Quadratec. Send me a PM if you want.

Currently re-doing my own hard top. I had the best luck on Morris 4WD. Also had good luck with Krylon Fusion satin or flat, to repaint, took about 5 cans to get the final coat even and smooth. good luck to you!

Piggy backing or maybe you have the same issue, rusted off door handles that are solid in the hole. Removal won't be hard, replacement will be.
