cj 700r4 install with dana 300

has anyone ever done this and if you have can you send me a pic of the tranny mont. i need to know how to do this. any help would be great

cj 700r4 install with dana 300

Hi, I did this about 8 years ago. No pics though. We used a piece of 1 1/2 " square steel tubing and drilled holes to where it bolts up to the tranny from the skid plate. We may have boxed it as well. We also had dropped the skid plate down a inch. Not sure how you mounted it to the Dana 300, Advanced Adapters has a great set up. I swapped mine over to a NP208. Made it all Chevy and the drive shafts had to be made for it. Good luck

I bought the adapter and the mount from novak their adapter has holes drilled and tapped for the stock jeep transmission mount
