Sometimes it just helps us to see your setup, fuel lines, and vacuum lines, maybe something will stick out like a sore thumb.

ok will post tomorrow. i work 12s as a paramedic on...you guessed it an ambulance. Please bear with me over the next couple days as I am working, Sunday will be my first day off.

After following all suggestions I found a thread detailing the same problem

Was a float bowl level issue. A little bending of the tab to specs and BAM! She runs like a top! Thanks for all the help and suggestions. I will be removing the FPR as it was starving the carb after the floats were adjusted. Hope this thread will help someone in the future with the same issues...
