CJ 5 with 360 Heater Hose placement?

I am currently in the middle of a 258 to 360 swap on my CJ 5. I have installed an edelbrock performer intake and I'm a little confused on the placement of the heater hoses. I realize that one of them is placed on the water pump, but does the other come out of the back of the intake manifold?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for the info, I kind of thought that's were it went, but didn't want to screw it up.
