Cheap Small Range Tach for 258

I don't think I'll come close to 8000 or 10000 RPM on my rebuilt 258.

Any suggestions for a low dollar tach that tops out around 4k RPM's?

Thannks.

CHEEP. I'm CHEEP.

I could swing the Quatratec job. I'd just have to mount it.

O.K. Chicken little!

Do you mean 'Cheap', as in inexpensive?

Or do you mean 'Cheep' as in pushing the 'e' twice was better than finding the 'a' key?

Yes, that's a joke, so don't jump on me from 50 directions over it!

I mispelled it on purpose in a failed attempt at humor.

I even used all caps to call attention to it. I guess I should work on my sense of humor.

So yes, I meant cheap, like SunPro cheap. All the SunPro and SunPro-ish column mount gauges that I've found go to 8k. I really don't think I'll ever see 5k.
