Hi I'm the owner of oconee offroad I will be more than happy to help with the problem.I first want to say how sorry I'm that you are having problems with your order.
I hope we can come to a resolution that will make this better for you.I'm just getting up to speed on this I've been out of the office the last two days with the flu.

I just got off the phone with Trey my head of sales and he said that one of our Tom woods orders was emailed direct to Tom woods email address by accident instead of josh's email who handles most all of the orders for Tom. I can only assume since the SEMA show last week that Tom was at the show and wasn't getting emails.
I could be wrong not sure till i talk to Tom tomorrow.
I will also have a talk with the staff tomorrow about lack of communication on your order and tracking.
If you want email me direct
my email is
Richard@theusedjeep.com

again I'm very sorry for the problem and would like to try and make it up to you !

Richard

I'll chime in for a second time tonight.
Just to add: I think Oconee has excellent customer service and great prices.
I think the plus side of Oconee is they are not a giant chain store,
And probably have the down to earth personality that we all have.
Although I don't like the added fees.
When were they added ?
Keep up the good work

Thank you for the kind words I know the fee's suck.
I'm very flexible on restock fees and return shipping
I wish the suppliers were too.
Both my main suppliers change restock fee's on all
returned parts that are not a warranty issue.
I personally don't have a problem paying to fix a problem we created.

Give Richard some "props" for posting, you can tell that he cares about his customers. I have a business too, and my suppliers charge restocking fees as well, it sucks but that way it goes.

Keep up the good work.

I've got to say that I've also bought quite a few items from Oconee.. never had an issue. However, even if I did have a problem, I understand everything can't go right all the time. My hats off to Richard for stepping up to the plate in this thread. Not all vendors will take that risk.

Having an internet "contact form" linked to your phone.. that's dedication.
