Carter AFB carb issue (general carb)

After a fresh rebuild, when revving the motor in park, it runs great. When in drive under a load, if you step on the gas, it boggs down and puffs black smoke out, choke is fully open. Ideas?

I NEED A SINGLE 15X8 MICKEY THOMPSON OR SIMILAR ALUMINUM BULLET HOLE WHEEL!!!!

Re-adjust the jets.

black smoke means too much fuel. It sounds like you have the idler jets set well though.
