Customer service is horrible. They are the only ones making the parts and they know it. You will get your stuff, just don't hold your breath, it may be a while.

You *MIGHT* get a reasonable part,
You *Might* get Import junk,
It's always a crap shoot with them.
HORRIBLY long waits for parts of any kind, took over 3 weeks to get an oil pump mid plate for a V-8 engine a while back, so now I just lap the housing or order from BJ's off road.

He's got a bunch of guys here that just LOVE to report back to him...
Bet they aren't even getting T-shirts for their trouble!
Jeeps Unlimited is a good forum to bring up the question, he'll answer on that forum in less than an hour most times.

^^Just like he has one person on each forum who works (or worked, whatever the case may be) for a competitor who LOVES to run them and does so every chance he gets.
Jeepsr4ever is the owner's screen name, both here and on JU.
Also on the Bulltear forums, which is where I'd have gone if I had a complaint, rather than some other forum that the vendors may or may not read.
I have no connection with them other than I've had a couple of conversations here with the owner, seems like a good guy, and I don't like seeing good guys get slagged by one person every single time he gets a chance.
I think they might be busy enough that they need a bit of help with the phones, which is a good thing.

Point is, the guy needs to work on customer service. He's lost any business I might have given him just from his failure to respond to previous customers in a timely manner.

So who are you aiming that at?
I've never worked for anyone or any place that has been in 'Competition' with Bulltear...
Just got sick of his poor service, poor quality, stupid long ship times and crap he pumps on the forums and on his web site.
I've purchased a lot of parts from Bulltear down though the years,
Remember, I raced AMCs, and I've just never had a 'Good' experience with them.

You say they do a good job for you,
I've NEVER had that experience...
Slow and mediocre at best, down right insulting and you have to ask for your money back to get them to ship...
Looks like I'm not the only one since these threads keep popping up on all the Jeep forums.

Not for the customer waiting for his parts or service!
