Brakes, need HELP!!!!

I own a '77 CJ7. I recently bought a new master cylinder for it and everything went together well. I bled the master cylinder and the brakes before takeoff. When I got in the jeep to head to town I noticed that my brake pedal was very stiff. I didn't think anything of it so I kept driving. started smelling something burning about 2 miles later. pulled over and found out my brakes were sticking. asked around and did some research and replaced the rubber line going to calipers in the front. the brake pedal wasn't as stiff but still had a lot of tension. drove it for a few days with no problems and then today I took it on a little cruise and when I return I feel the lug nuts. they were very hot. Then when I felt the rotors they were REALLY hot. I don't know why they keep sticking so if someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Also the rear brakes do not work. tried bleeding them and nothing comes out.
