brake line for fuel line
After a search with no good results I have another question.
I will be doing new brake and fuel lines this weekend. I have everything I need for the brake lines but I can't find fuel line anywhere locally. Auto Zone has 5/16 steel brake line, but no fuel line. Is there any difference? Can I use the 5/16 brake line for my fuel line? I dont really want to pay an extra 20 bucks to get it from jegs or 4wd hardware. Thanks

When I bought my lines, I just got the 5/16" 'steel' line for my return line and the 3/8" 'steel' line for the main suction line. I didn't see it called either brake or gas lines.
You do need the 3/8" size though.

I just went in and asked for 3/8 hard line, less confusion for the parts counter guy.
