Brake conversion

Hello all!

I have a problem, I bought a 74 cj5 a week ago. The previous owner upgraded the front drums to disks. Nobody knows what disk conversion he used. How could I find the origin of the pads, calipers, and all other parts?
Thanks for all the help.

Ivan

Put a picture up here. Someone might recognize the parts used.
