Thanks. Got some work to do to it. New mirror, wheels and tires, front fender flares (rear also), replace the shocks, and some other minor cosmetic stuff. But she runs good and tracks pretty straight, got her up to 70 in the short distance of straight road I got to drive it on and got there and stayed there with no problems.

There isn't much rust on the entire thing. I live in eastern oregon where we don't salt the roads in the winter and its pretty dry, not much humidity. So rust is not a big thing around here. But I will check that out tomorrow, I didn't even think about what could be under them.

Im going to keep the same size tires. 35x12.5, I don't know what kind yet. But for wheels I don't have any clue what I want yet. I do know I want beadlocks, so any suggestions you have on those would be great. Also if you see anything else on the Jeep that you would change/fix please let me know. I am always looking for great/unique ideas.

$5K? I think you paid a premium. What's under the hood? Axles stock or upgraded? Gearing?

Nice jeep! I know there are many here that arent that nice for more than 5k...If it runs great, and YOU like it then its worth it. Welcome to the world of CJ!

So, whats up with the windshield poles?

The PO was a odd duck. He said he would put flags in them and stuff, said I could use them for lights or whatever I wanted. I told him I would be taking them off. lol.

Well, There's another less Laredo.
If dumb po's keep butchering them up, They should really start to bring ridiculous money in the next 5-10 years.
I think I'm going to stock pile a bunch and retire in 5 years

Congrats on the purchase. Glad to hear it's OK on the rust and it'll hit 70 without too much work. Have you had a chance to see where it's leaking?

Good eye on the Laredo. Wish he would have kept it original as well but oh well.
